Remark(s):

– A provincial chapter has different city/municipality chapters. Every city/municipality chapter is composed of different college/university chapters yet some city/municipality chapters may only composed of alumni associations. 
– A certain chapter may act as a whole wherein it comprises of different cities/municipalites and is governed as one (ex: Cebu and Metro Manila Chapter). On the other hand, some chapters are unified by two or more different cities/municipalities in which they are also governed as a single chapter (ex: Gingoog-Medina & Tago and Tandag Chapter). 
– International chapters are alumni associations established by alumni members from different Philippine local chapters who are now working or residing in different countries abroad.
